About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather philanthropic activities in the field of physical culture and sport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50 with subsequent changes):

Article 1 after the paragraph of the sixth to add 1) with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"philanthropic activities in the field of physical culture and sport - voluntary non-paid provision by physical persons and legal entities (patrons of physical culture and sport) of material, cash or other support of physical culture and sport to receivers of the philanthropic help;

the philanthropic help - support or development assistance of physical culture and sport which are provided by the patron of physical culture and sport physical and/or legal persons in types and in the directions determined by the law".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the twenty seventh respectively paragraphs the ninth - the twenty ninth;

Part the second articles 6 after the paragraph of the twentieth to add 2) with three new paragraphs of the following content:

"promotes establishing interaction between subjects of philanthropic activities in the field of physical culture and sport;

awards patrons of physical culture and sport with honourable departmental distinctions;

studies and generalizes practice of rendering the philanthropic help, develops offers concerning enhancement of the legislation on philanthropic activities in the field of physical culture and sport".

With respect thereto the twenty first - twenty third to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twenty fourth - the twenty sixth;

To add 3) with Articles 51-1, 51-2 and 51-3 of the following content:

"Article 51-1. Philanthropic activities in the field of physical culture and sport
