1) Item 1 of article 25 after words of "the state aircraft" to add with words ", except for conducting military-medical examination of the specialists of aviation personnel of the state aircraft who are crew members of the state aircraft (including external pilots), persons exercising control of flights, the parachutists, persons participating in task performance on flight (further - specialists of aviation personnel of the state aircraft),";

2) in Article 52:
