About single mechanisms of cryptographic protection when marking goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union of February 2, 2018 and the decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission made in its execution Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that:

a) state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - state members, the Union) in case of introduction of marking in the territory concerning the approved inventory provide cryptographic protection of means of identification since July 1, 2021 according to interstate standards in the field of cryptographic information security, and in the absence of such opportunity - according to national standards of state members;

b) since August 1, 2026 application of single methods of cryptographic protection of means of identification in the Union in the form of inclusion in structure of means of identification of the code of check created with use of single asymmetric cryptographic algorithms proceeding from the technical solutions in the field of cryptographic information security developed according to Item 2 of this Decision which requirements are fulfilled only for the purposes of protection of means of identification is provided;

c) for marking of goods, features of production and (or) turnover of which do not allow to use the check code created with use of asymmetric cryptographic algorithms as a part of means of identification cryptographic protection of means of identification in the form of inclusion in structure of means of identification of the code of check created with use of symmetric cryptographic algorithms is applied;
