To the relations on use of premises which were in the buildings belonging to the state or municipal companies or the public or local government offices and were used as hostels or office premises and were not transferred to the jurisdiction of local government bodies as a result of change of pattern of ownership or liquidation of the specified companies or organizations, regulations of Chapter 35 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation about the employment contract taking into account the features established by part 2 of article 7 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2004 No. 189-FZ "About enforcement of the Housing code of the Russian Federation" are applied if these premises are provided to citizens on legal causes before date of change of pattern of ownership or liquidation of the specified companies or organizations.".
