Part the fourth Article 89 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. For receipt of legal aid by the convict appointments to the lawyers or other persons having the right to rendering legal aid including to representatives in the European Court of Human Rights, persons giving to convicts legal aid in connection with intention to address to the European Court of Human Rights, notaries without restriction of their number with duration till four o'clock are provided. Appointments of convicts to specified persons, notaries are provided alone, outside the audibility of the third parties and without use of technical means of listening. The lawyers or other specified persons having the right to rendering legal aid are forbidden to carry by on the territory of correctional facility technical means of communication, and also technical means (devices) allowing to perform filming audio-and video. On the territory of correctional facility the lawyers or other specified persons having the right to rendering legal aid, the multiple copying equipment and the photoequipment only for copying having the right to carry by from materials of the personal record of the convict, computers and to use such multiple copying equipment and the photoequipment, computers only in the absence of the convict in the certain room determined by administration of correctional facility. In case of attempt of transfer to the convict prohibited to storage and use of objects, substances and food appointment immediately is interrupted. The notary is allowed to carry by on the territory of correctional facility objects and documents which are necessary for it for the certificate of the power of attorney, including technical means (devices) intended for seal of documents and copying from documents and to use the specified objects and technical means (devices) only in the absence of the convict in the certain room determined by administration of correctional facility.";

On the territory of disciplinary military unit the lawyers or other specified persons having the right to rendering legal aid, the multiple copying equipment and the photoequipment only for copying having the right to carry by from materials of the personal record of the condemned serviceman, computers and to use such multiple copying equipment and the photoequipment, computers only in the absence of the convict in the certain room determined by the commander of disciplinary military unit. In case of attempt of transfer to the condemned serviceman prohibited to storage and use of objects, substances and food appointment immediately is interrupted. The notary is allowed to carry by on the territory of disciplinary military unit objects and documents which are necessary for him for the certificate of the power of attorney, including technical means (devices) intended for seal of documents and copying from documents and to use the specified objects and technical means (devices) only in the absence of the condemned serviceman in the certain room determined by the commander of disciplinary military unit.".
