1. Marginal calculation of price of retail sale of commodity gas of subjects is perfromed taking into account price differentiation of retail sale of commodity gas with the first on the sixth and eighth customer groups by marginal differentiation of the prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market approved according to the subitem 7) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply" (taking into account rate for transportation on trunk gas pipelines and gas storage) separately for each area, the city of republican value, the capital (further – wholesale prices). Differentiation of wholesale prices for the seventh customer group is not performed.";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. For the purpose of establishment of the differentiated marginal price of retail sale of commodity gas the following customer groups are allocated:
The I customer group – the residential customers (population) receiving services in retail sale of commodity gas from gas-distribution system;
The II customer group – the heat power companies acquiring commodity gas for the purpose of development of heat energy for the population (further – energy industry for the population);
