About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of "Rules of implementation of the state construction supervision" of November 17, 2014 No. 349

Bring in the "Rules of implementation of the state construction supervision" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 17, 2014 No. 349 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 11, Article 1389; 2016, No. 11, Article 1803; 2017, No. 4, Article 546; 2019, No. 5, Article 816), following changes:

1. in Item 2.2 of the word "corresponding local executive body" shall be replaced with words "the body (structure)";

2. in Item 2.3 of the word "corresponding local executive body" shall be replaced with words "the body (structure) informed on construction";

3. in the second offer of Item 2.20 of the word "corresponding local executive bodies and to local police agencies" shall be replaced with words "the body (structure) informed on construction and to local police agencies concerning construction objects in the administrative territory of the city of Baku, and also construction objects which permission for construction issues the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic also in the corresponding local executive bodies";

4. in the second offer of Item 2.21 of the word "in the corresponding local executive body" shall be replaced with words "in the body (structure) issuing the permission to operate".
