About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning activities of the state courier communication and law-enforcement bodies

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

26. Inquiry on cases on criminal offenses, stipulated in Article 204 (part two) of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan, is made by the law-enforcement bodies or bodies of the public fire service which began pre-judicial investigation.".

2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 1995 "About legal status of foreigners":

add Article 31 with part two of the following content:

"Suspend part four of article 28 of this Law till January 1, 2023.".

3. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 1995 "About bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
