to state Item 21 of Article 25 in the following edition:
"21. In case of death and/or detection of the place of burial of the missing person in days of the Great Patriotic War of the serviceman his family and close relatives whose list is established by the family legislation (but no more than two people, including persons accompanying them in case of need) have the right to journey to the place of burial and back at the expense of means of the government budget according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Family and close relatives (person accompanying them) have the right to journey to the place of burial and back if they belong to socially unprotected categories of citizens.
In case of the death of the serviceman his family and close relatives (but no more than three people) have the right to journey to the place of burial and back, and also to the drive to the new residence chosen family (within six months from the date of the death of the serviceman) at the expense of means of the government budget according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
