1. Use of superficial water objects, their shore, and also lands and the parcels of land for the purpose of navigation is performed according to water and land legislations of the Russian Federation and this Code.

use gratuitously for carrying out the works specified in this Item soil, including ground.
3. Behind borders of settlements of the organization of inland water transport has the right to use gratuitously for the purpose of navigation shore in the presence of the consent in writing of administrations of the respective pools of inland waterways.
