The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. In paragraph one of Item 8 of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" (2018, No. 30, the Art. 239) the words "subjects of currency transactions" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and figures "subjects of currency transactions (except persons who submitted the one-time (special) voluntary declaration according to the subsection 9-4 "Features of Single Application (Special) Voluntary Declaring of Assets of Physical Persons" of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine)".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

provide review and reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.

3. To the National Bank of Ukraine within two months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
