According to the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of August 29, 2013 No. 375 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of holding auctions in bankruptcy proceeding and requirements to their organizers concerning property of the state companies and companies in which authorized capital the share of state-owned property exceeds fifty percent", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2013 for No. 1581/24113.
2. To provide to management on work with objects of state-owned property and administrative ensuring activities of the ministry (Alexander Snitko) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the state secretary Summer Eudoxia.
