About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" concerning streamlining of single questions of protection of exposers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. Twenty first and twenty third to state paragraphs to part one of Article 1 in the following edition:

"internal channels of the message on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of this Law - methods protected (including anonymous) reporting of information by the exposer to the head or authorized division (face) of body, the legal entity for which the unmasker works, serves either study or which custom-makes work, and also to body of the highest level which authorized person exercises control of observance of the anti-corruption legislation at jurisdictional enterprises, in organizations and the organizations";

"regular channels of the message on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses - methods protected (including anonymous) reporting of information by the exposer to bodies of prosecutor's office, National police, National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, the state bureau of investigations, the National agency concerning prevention of corruption".

2. In Article 11 part one:

to add Item 9 after the words "ensuring maintaining" with words of "The single portal of messages of exposers";

in Item 13 the word "providing" shall be replaced with words "participation in providing".

3. In Item 5-2 of part one of Article 12 of the word "creation and" to exclude.

4. The fourth and fifth Article 53 to exclude parts.

5. State Article 53-1 in the following edition:

"Article 53-1. Providing conditions for reporting of information on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of this Law
