To exclude 1) in Item 1 of Article 2.1 of the word "for animals";

2) in Article 3 part one:

a) in paragraph six of the word "approval of procedure for state registration of feed additives for animals" to exclude;

b) word in paragraph nine of "feed additives for animals" shall be replaced with words "state registration of feed additives";

In paragraph seven of Item 3 of Article 4.1 of the word "for animals" to exclude 3);

To add 4) with the Section III.I of the following content:

"Section III.I. State registration of feed additives

Article 11.1. State registration of feed additives

1. Feed additives which are used for the purposes of enrichment of diet of animals by missing nutrients, improvements of digestion of nutrients, increases in productivity of animals, improvements of consumer properties of forages and live stock products, normalization of metabolism of animals and which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation (further - feed additives) are subject to state registration:

1) for the first time made in the Russian Federation, and also assumed to import to the Russian Federation;

2) registered earlier, but with new high-quality and (or) quantitative compositions of active ingredients;
