About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1.  To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 47.28 of the following content:

"Article 47.28. Violation of evaluation procedure of functionality of person.

1. Violation of evaluation procedure of functionality of person:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of tenfold to the thirtyfold size of the established minimum wage.".

Article 2. Add the code with Article 157.16 of the following content:

"Article 157.16. Non-compliance with regulations of availability to persons with disability when designing and building settlements, designing, construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures of residential, public and production value, transport systems

1. Non-compliance with regulations of availability to persons with disability when designing and building settlements, designing, construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures of residential, public and production value (for buildings and structures of social significance - also capital repairs), transport systems:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of two hundred-fiftyfold to the three hundred-fiftyfold size of the minimum established salary.

Repeated making or not elimination of the act provided by part of 1 this Article within year after infliction of penalty, within year after date of purpose of administrative punishment:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the eight hundred-multiple size of the minimum established salary.".

Article 3. To add article 230 of the Code after the word "47.27," with the word "47.28,".
