"3.1. In case of calculation of the term established by subitems 1 and 2 of Item 1 of article 27.5-7 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" the period before reorganization (transformation) of the federal state unitary enterprise "Russian Post" to Society is considered.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
