About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

b) in the paragraph the second the word "Decision" to replace with the word "Act";

2) in Item 3:

b) state subitem 7 in the following edition:

"7) the seventh subband in which for the purpose of prevention of negative physical impact the list of restrictions of use of the parcels of land determined according to the land legislation taking into account provisions of this Article is established. At the same time the specified negative physical impact is understood as discrepancy of equivalent level of the sound arising in connection with flights of aircrafts, to sanitary and epidemiologic requirements.";

To add 3) with Items 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:

"3.1. The aerodrome environs are established with allocation with the first on the seventh subbands according to Item 5 of this Article or in case, stipulated in Item 5.2 these Articles, with allocation with the first on the sixth subbands with the subsequent establishment of the seventh subband according to Item 5.3 of this Article.
