Article 1

Bring in the Budget code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3823; 2004, No. 34, Art. 3535; 2007, No. 18, Art. 2117; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3597; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331; 2014, No. 43, Art. 5795; No. 48, Art. 6656, 6664; 2015, No. 45, Art. 6202; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4101; No. 31, Art. 4466; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5022) following changes:

Article 8 to add 1) with part three of the following content:

"The provisions established by this Code concerning subjects of the Russian Federation (public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation), subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance, extend to the federal territories (bodies of the public power of the federal territories). 2) in Article 135:

a) the fourth parts one to add the paragraph with words ", subventions to budgets of the federal territories in the cases established by the Federal Laws for realization of the powers of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation delegated to bodies of the public power of the federal territories";

b) add with part three of the following content:

"Subventions to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, local budgets belong to interbudget transfers from budgets of the federal territories in addition to above-mentioned.";

To add 3) with Article 138.5 of the following content:

"Article 138.5. Subventions to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, local budgets from the budget of the federal territory
