About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning sale of the parcels of land and acquisition of right of use of them through electronic auctions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

1) in Article 124:

in part one of the word "or the purchase and sale agreement of the right of lease of the parcel of land (in case of sale of the right of lease) by the conclusion of the lease agreement of the parcel of land or the purchase and sale agreement of the right of lease of the parcel of land" to exclude;

the second offer of part four to exclude;

2) in Article 127:

state the name in the following edition:

"Article 127. Sale of the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property, and acquisition of rights of use of them";

in part one of the word "or rights to them (leases, superficies, emphyteusis)" shall be replaced with words "or transfer them to use (lease, superficies, emphyteusis)";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. Sale of the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property, and acquisition of rights of use of them (leases, superficies, emphyteusis) are performed on competitive basis (at the land biddings) in the form of electronic auction in the cases and procedure established by Chapter of 21 of this Code";

add with part three of the following content:

"3. Alienation of the leased parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property without the consent of the lessee is not allowed";

3) in Article 134:

and paragraph one of part two to state the name, part one in the following edition:

"Article 134. Obligation of sale of the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property or their transfer to use on competitive basis (at the land biddings)
