Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-profit organizations" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 2, the Art. 102) the following changes:

"Article 15. Responsibility of state bodies and non-profit organizations

"Article 17. Openness of non-profit organization

1. Data on structure of receipts to non-profit organization and information on the size and structure of property of the organization are represented to state bodies according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The sizes and structure of the income, and also data on the size and structure of property of non-profit organization, its expenses cannot be subject of trade secret.

3. The non-profit organization (except for the public and local government offices) performing activities at the expense of cash and the appliances provided on a grant basis annually till April 1 posts on the website of authorized tax authority summary information for previous year on sources of forming of money, the directions of their expenditure, and also data on the acquired, used and alienable imushchestvo.
