Based on article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 "About legal profession", for the purpose of enhancement of activities of Bars, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: increases in level of rendering legal aid and maximum efficiency of use of scientific and creative potential of the lawyers who are engaged in scientific or pedagogical activities

1. Determine that:

1.1. the admission to lawyer activities, including passing qualification examination for receipt of special permission (license) for implementation of lawyer activities (daleelitsenziya), and also admission to the bar of persons, engaged in scientific or pedagogical activities, is performed in accordance with general practice according to the legislation on legal profession and licensing of lawyer activities, charters of Bars;

1.2. lawyers have the right to perform scientific or pedagogical activities on condition of observance of employment policies and procedures of Bar and accomplishment of obligations, stipulated by the legislation about legal profession, except as specified, provided by this resolution;

1.3. occupation the lawyer scientific activities,     including carrying out or completion of scientific research by job seekers of academic degrees,  graduate students  or  doctoral candidates,   or   pedagogical activities,   is  reasonable  excuse  of non-realization of the licensed activities as a part of Bar.
