Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 25, 2002 No. 73-FZ "About objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 26, Art. 2519; 2014, No. 43, Art. 5799; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4294; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4771; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5135; 2019, No. 8, Art. 714; 2021, No. 9, Art. 1468) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 20:

a) state subitem 6 in the following edition:

"6) data on availability or on lack of the approved borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage (the copy of the act (acts) of public authority of approval (change) of borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage, the description of borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage with appendix of the graphical description of location of these borders, the list of coordinates of characteristic points of these borders in the system of coordinates installed for maintaining the Single state real estate register (if are available);";

b) state subitem 7 in the following edition:

"7) data on availability or on lack of requirements to implementation of activities in borders of the territory of the noteworthy place, restrictions of use of the woods and requirements to town-planning regulations in borders of the territory of the noteworthy place (the copy of the act (acts) of relevant organ of protection of objects of cultural heritage of establishment of requirements to implementation of activities in borders of the territory of the noteworthy place, requirements to town-planning regulations in borders of the territory of the noteworthy place (if are available);";
