Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 52, Art. 5029; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6225; 2011, No. 1, Art. 49; 2013, No. 49, Art. 6336; No. 52, Art. 6975; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1533; No. 52, Art. 7543; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3958; 2018, No. 11, Art. 1588; No. 32, Art. 5115; 2020, No. 15, Art. 2238) following changes:

1) Article 16 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to accept in the state treasury of the Russian Federation the property acquired by the Agency when implementing the activities and donated by the Agency due to reduction of property fee of the Russian Federation in property of the Agency based on the decisions of the board of directors of the Agency made according to Item 18.2 of article 19 of this Federal Law.";

Article 19 to add 2) with Items 18.1 - 18.3 following of content:

"18. 1) makes solutions on structure of the property proposed to voluntary conveyance at book value in the state treasury of the Russian Federation or to the Bank of Russia according to Items 18.2 and 18.3 of this Article. By the agency the cession of property on the market value of such property determined according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on estimative activities can be approved according to the Government of the Russian Federation or with the Bank of Russia;
