Bring in part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2327; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2304; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4808; 2019, No. 12, Art. 1224) following changes:
The subitem 5 of Item 3 of Article 66.3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5) about the procedure other than the procedure for decision making established by the laws and other legal acts about holding meeting of general meeting or correspondence voting of members of society, procedure for preparation and holding meeting of general meeting or correspondence voting of members of society, and also procedure for decision making of general meeting provided that such changes do not deprive of members of society of the participation right in meeting of general meeting of society or in correspondence voting and on receipt of information on them;";
In paragraph one of Item 3 of Article 67.1 of the word "by means of internal vote" shall be replaced with words 2) "at meeting";
3) in paragraph one of Item 8 of Article 123.20-2 of the word "protocols of meetings of collegiate organs of fund" shall be replaced with words "protocols of meetings of collegiate organs of fund and protocols of correspondence voting of members of collegiate organs of fund";
4) in Article 181.2:
a) in Item 1:
in paragraph one of the word "participated in meeting" shall be replaced with words "participated in meeting";
