Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 41, Art. 4849; 2009, No. 1, Art. 14; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6678; No. 52, Art. 7006; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1099; No. 19, Art. 2331; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1411, 1427; 2016, No. 1, Art. 11; 2017, No. 1, Art. 33; 2018, No. 24, Art. 3400; No. 32, Art. 5100; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4099; No. 49, Art. 6961; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5048) following changes:

1) Article 12 to add with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. The executive documents specified in Item 4.2 of part of 1 this Article go for the forced execution only in electronic form signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the representative for the rights of consumers of financial services with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.";

2) Item 11 parts of 1 Article 31 after the word "provided" to add with words "part 1.2 Articles 12,".
