In paragraph three of Item 2 of Article 4 of the word "the organizations of the state and municipal health care systems" shall be replaced with words 1) "the medical organizations irrespective of form of business participating in implementation of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance according to the legislation on compulsory medical insurance";
In paragraph four of Item 1 of Article 5 of the word "the medical organizations of the state health care system and municipal health care system" shall be replaced with words 2) "the medical organizations irrespective of form of business participating in implementation of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance according to the legislation on compulsory medical insurance";
Article 15 to state 3) in the following edition:

Providing the medical organizations irrespective of form of business participating in implementation of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance according to the legislation on compulsory medical insurance, immunobiological medicines for immunoprevention for the purpose of carrying out the preventive inoculations included in national calendar of preventive inoculations and calendar of preventive inoculations according to epidemic indications is performed respectively by federal executive bodies and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of health care.
