Article 1

1) in Article 3:

b) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. When implementing entrepreneurial and other revenue-producing activities of ВЭБ.РФ proceeds from priority of achievement of the socially useful economic and social targets of development, creation of conditions for the solution of social problems of citizens and society (further for the purposes of this Federal Law - social entrepreneurship). At the same time within social entrepreneurship generation of profit (income acquisition) is performed by ВЭБ.РФ and persons participating in the ВЭБ.РФ projects, including in the project progress of ВЭБ.РФ as a result of the solution of separate social tasks and is considered as one of sources of financial provision of activities of ВЭБ.РФ for the solution of the tasks specified regarding 1 this Article in the field of achievement of the economic and social targets of development, improvement of quality of life of citizens of the Russian Federation.";
