1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
2. The provision of the subitem "i" of item 4 of part 1 of article 24.1 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 "About development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" is effective with No. 209-FZ till December 31, 2027 inclusive.
