About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services), No. 71 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2012:

the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. For the purposes of this provision terms are used in the following values:";

to exclude from paragraph one of Item 38 and Item 108 of the word "to this Provision";

In request the data containing in the register of licenses for which provision the applicant, and also the purpose of their obtaining petitions shall be specified.

95. Data from the register of licenses are submitted in time, not exceeding 5 working days from the date of receipt of request.
