Item 10.1 of part 1 of Article 25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"10. 1) creation of forest nurseries and their operation;";

Article 39.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 39.1. Creation of forest nurseries and their operation

1. Creation of forest nurseries (permanent, temporary) and their operation represent the activities connected with cultivation of saplings, seedlings of the main forest tree species.

For the purposes of of this Code forest nurseries are understood as the territories in which are located land, the timberland with the necessary infrastructure intended for ensuring cultivation of saplings, seedlings of the main forest tree species.

2. On the timberland provided for creation and operation of forest nurseries the construction, reconstruction and operation of capital construction projects and construction of non-capital structures, constructions which are intended for ensuring cultivation of saplings, of seedlings of the main forest tree species are allowed (including warehouses for storage of seeds of forest plants, greenhouses and other similar objects) and are recognized objects of forest infrastructure which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 5 of article 13 of this Code.
