1. 2. The foreign persons performing activities in Internet network in the territory of the Russian Federation shall observe requirements, prohibitions and restrictions, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.
The purpose of this Federal Law is establishment of equal conditions of activities in the territory of the Russian Federation of the Russian and foreign persons.
Legal regulation of activities of foreign persons in Internet network is in the territory of the Russian Federation performed by this Federal Law, other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and also international treaties of the Russian Federation.
