Item 2 of part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) there is consent of the third party to implementation of interaction with it.";
Part 6 to state 2) in the following edition:
"6. Consent, the parts 5 of this Article specified in Items 1 and 2 containing including the consent of the debtor and (or) the third party to processing of its personal data, shall be this in writing in the form of separate documents.";
To add 3) with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. The consent specified in Item 2 of part 5 of this Article, containing including the consent of the third party to processing of its personal data, can be provided in credit institution in any form allowing to confirm the fact of its obtaining.";
To add 4) with part 7.1 following of content:
"7.1. Consent specified in Item 2 of part 5 of this Article can be withdrawn by the third party by the message on it to the creditor or person acting from his name and (or) in its interests to which the corresponding consent, in any form allowing to confirm the fact of its response is this at any time.".
