Article 1

The law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 7, the Art. 300) to add with Article 32.2 of the following content:

"Article 32.2. Features of distribution of the national obligatory public TV channels and TV channels which acquired the right to implementation of on-air digital land broadcasting with use of line items in multiplexes in all territory of the Russian Federation on the Internet

For the purpose of ensuring distribution on the Internet of the national obligatory public TV channels and TV channels which acquired the right to implementation of on-air digital land broadcasting with use of line items in multiplexes in all territory of the Russian Federation, speakers of such TV channels shall provide to the organization authorized on ensuring distribution to Internet networks of the national obligatory public TV channels and TV channels which acquired the right to implementation of on-air digital land broadcasting with use of line items in multiplexes in all territory of the Russian Federation (further - authorized organization for ensuring distribution of TV channels to Internet networks), access to such TV channels for accomplishment by authorized organization for ensuring distribution of TV channels to Internet networks of powers on ensuring distribution of the relevant TV channels on the Internet provided by part three of this Article.
