1) in Article 6:

a) to state the subitem 7 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"7) medical care in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;";

b) to state the subitem 3 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"3) to undergo obligatory medical examination according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care. If these persons refuse to undergo obligatory medical examination in accordance with the established procedure, the certificate of the refugee is not issued to them and they lose the status of the refugee;";
