About introduction of amendments to article 6.1-1 of the Federal law "About Consumer Loan (Loan)"

Article 1

Bring in article 6.1-1 of the Federal Law of December 21, 2013 No. 353-FZ "About consumer loan (loan)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 51, Art. 6673; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2200; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2036; 2021, No. 22, Art. 3684) following changes:

Item 3 parts 1 after the word of "borrower" to add 1) with words "(one of borrowers)";

2) in part 2:

a) add Item 1 with the words "or the termination of the employment contract or office contract at the citizen who is granted insurance pension on old age";

3) in part 8:

a) to add Item 1 after the words "real estate objects" with the words "in all territory of the Russian Federation";
