About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 4, 2019 No. 16 "About the document for accounting and registration of currency exchange transactions";
2) Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 17, 2020 No. 10 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 4, 2019 to No. 16 and loss of force of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 17, 2005 No. 54".
2. The resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
