About modification of the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section III of the Provisions on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), the following changes:

"The National Bank of Ukraine the separate regulatory legal act of National Bank" shall be replaced with words 1) in the second offer of paragraph one of Item 15 of the word "federal executive body which provides forming and realizes the state financial policy";

Item 16 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
