About approval of rates of excises on alcoholic products and beer

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish from January 1 to March 31, 2005 rates of excises on alcoholic products and beer according to appendix 1.

2. Suspend from January 1 to March 31, 2005 operation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2003 No. 63 "About rates of excises on excise goods" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 11, 5/11839; No. 67, 5/12585) regarding the established rates of excises on alcoholic products and beer according to appendix 2.
