Provisions of this Federal Law do not extend to land self-propelled devices of categories "L", "M", "N" on wheel to the course with engine capacity of (engines) more than 4 kilowatts or with the maximum constructive speed more than 50 kilometers per hour, intended for transportation of people, loads or the equipment installed on them on trail cars (semitrailer trucks) to them and vehicles, self-propelled machines, military, special and other types of the equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies, the pilot (test) samples of arms, the military and special equipment including relating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about military and technical cooperation with foreign states to military products and on the special airport equipment operated in zone of transport safety of the airport, intended for servicing of aircrafts and operational content of airfields.
The special airport equipment operated outside zone of transport safety of the airport intended for servicing of aircrafts and operational content of airfields for the purposes of application of this Federal Law is recognized by the self-propelled machine or trail car.
