1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital for the collection agency in the following size:

for the collection agency, the acquiring right (requirement) for agreements of bank loan and (or) to agreements on provision of the microcredit - 100 000 000 (hundred million) tenges;

for the collection agency which underwent accounting registration in authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further – authorized body) before enforcement of this resolution and the acquiring right (requirement) for agreements of bank loan and (or) to agreements on provision of the microcredit:

since January 1, 2022 – 10 000 000 (ten million) tenges;

since July 1, 2022 – 30 000 000 (thirty million) tenges;

since January 1, 2023 – 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges;

since January 1, 2024 – 100 000 000 (hundred million) tenges;

for the collection agency performing exclusively collection activities - 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges;

for the collection agency which underwent accounting registration in authorized body before enforcement of this resolution and performing exclusively collection activities:

since January 1, 2022 – 10 000 000 (ten million) tenges;

since July 1, 2022 – 30 000 000 (thirty million) tenges;

since January 1, 2023 – 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges.

The authorized capital of the collection agency constitutes the amount calculated as assets of the collection agency less obligations.
