Article 1. Bring in article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the status of the military personnel" of March 1, 2005 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 3, Art. 130; 2006, No. 3, Art. 150; 2008, No. 6, Art. 449, No. 10, Art. 799; 2012, No. 8, Art. 822; 2014, No. 11, Art. 661; 2018, No. 1, Art. 11; 2020, No. 12, Art. 911) following change and amendment:

"6.
