1. Suspend since June 16, 2021 before the expiration of 90 days from the date of removal of the temporary restrictions introduced by the Russian Federation on transport connection with foreign state:

a) current of terms of temporary stay in the Russian Federation the foreign citizens and stateless persons which are in the Russian Federation and having nationality of foreign state either the residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence to its territories, terms for which such foreign citizens and stateless persons are registered in the place of stay, and also the effective periods of the visa and migration card with the marks which are put down in it issued to these foreign citizens and stateless persons;

b) current of effective periods of certificates of the participant of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad valid as of March 15, 2020;

c) current of effective periods of permissions to temporary residence in the Russian Federation and the residence permits valid as of March 15, 2020 if the foreign citizens and stateless persons having such documents are outside the Russian Federation;
