About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Organizations"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 5, 2021
Article 1. In article 16 of the Law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-22 "About public organizations":
Part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. The organization represents in court legitimate interests of the beneficiaries in the following spheres:
1) environmental protection;
2) protection of the rights of persons with disability.";
"Part 2" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3 words "Item 1 of part 2";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 3 of part 3 of the word "in part 2" "in Item 1 of part 2".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
