2) originals or notarized copies of the manufacturer's certificate of origin of quality and/or technical data sheet of the Goods issued by manufacturing plant (sender) or other document issued by manufacturing plant, containing data on completeness of Goods, its technical characteristic, service regulations guarantees and other data necessary for determination of goods quality and its compliance to the normative and technical documents recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan, except as specified, when information is specified on the Goods and/or its packaging or goods quality is confirmed by stamp of manufacturer or other designation on the Goods and/or its packaging with disaggregation of the specified designations;
