About additional measures for further enhancement of system of external labor migration of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Note that despite the performed measures for streamlining of processes of external labor migration, the conclusion of international agreements for organized set of citizens for implementation of labor activity abroad, to creating favorable conditions on ensuring their safe following to place of employment out of republic limits, big flows of illegal labor migration still remain.

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of external labor migration, cardinal expansion of its organized forms, ensuring protection of the labor and social rights of the citizens leaving for work of the republic, expansions of involvement in business and labor activity of the labor migrants who came back from abroad, and also consecutive realization of the tasks determined by the Strategy of actions by five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021:
1. Determine that since September 1, 2018 the legal entities registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan have the right to perform activities on:
to employment of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad based on the license granted by the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
to confirmation of professional competence of the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who are going abroad for implementation of labor activity including level of proficiency in professional skills and foreign languages, based on the accreditation which is carried out by the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
