Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state and guaranteed by the state borrowing and debt" of December 11, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, the Art. 326) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 5 part two:
- add with Item 9) of the following content:
"9) approves rules of release and the address of government securities of the Republic of Tajikistan;";
- 9) to consider Item Item 10).
2. The seventh Article 10 to exclude part.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
