Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan" of April 19, 2000 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2000, No. 4, Art. 108; 2004, No. 5, Art. 351; 2007, No. 5, Art. 351; 2008, No. 10, Art. 796; 2010, No. 7, Art. 539, No. 12, h 1, Art. 801; 2011, No. 12, Art. 830; 2013, No. 3, Art. 178, No. 7, Art. 499; 2016, No. 3, Art. 126, No. 7, Art. 600; 2017, Art. No. 7-9, 563) following changes and amendments:

1. Add with Article 2 (2) the following content:

"Article 2 (2).

The Majlisi Oli in the activities is guided by the principles of rule of law, democracy, separation of the government, providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen, justice, transparency, publicity and collective nature.".

2. In Article 4:

- add with part four of the following content:

"The regulations of joint sittings of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon are accepted on joint sitting, Regulations of Majlisi milli and Regulations of Majlisi namoyandagon - each Majlis at their meeting.";

- the fourth to consider part part five and to replace the word of "anthem" with the word of "Anthem".
