For the purpose of establishment of the amount of the rent for use of foreign persons of lands of settlements and lands of nonagricultural appointment, according to Item 3 of Article 8 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve coefficient for establishment of the amount of the rent to foreign persons for use of lands of settlements, equal 1.
2. Determine that the coefficient, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is not subject to application concerning foreign persons to whom by provision of lands lower coefficient was established.
3. To local government bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
