based on vision of the maximum mitigation of post-war effects and by that ensuring sustainable development of the Republic of Armenia,
being guided by the principles of humanity and solidarity,
The national assembly announces amnesty.
1. This Law governs the relations connected with the announcement of amnesty concerning male citizens as of the date of entry into force of this Law of the reached 27 years which avoided the obligatory military service in ordinary structure or reached 35 years - in officers of inventory, or from the alternative service and suspects accused of crime execution in the form of evasion from the next appeal on conscription military or alternative service established by part 1 or 3 of article 327 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia, or condemned for making of this crime (further - persons). This Law is applied to persons, suspects accused for crime execution, the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia provided by part 3 of Article 327, or condemned for making of this crime only if the act provided by part of 1 same Article was made in the period of warlike situation.
1. Having announced amnesty, to refuse initiation of legal proceedings, to stop production on the brought criminal case, and also not to perform criminal prosecution or to stop criminal prosecution of persons who can be accused or are charged by part 1 or 3 of article 327 of the Criminal code of RA.
