About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 1 of article 17 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further - the Code) with Item 26 of the following content:

"26) establishment of sample of the employment contract signed between subsoil users and workers.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 27 of the Code:

Item 1.1 before words of "mineral production" to add 1) with the words "for metal mineral", and to exclude from the same Item of the word "for metal mineral-5, and for nonmetallic mineral-";

To add 2) with Item 1.2 of the following content:

"1. 2) geological studying for the purpose of mineral production - for up to 3 years for revaluation of inventories of the new field or geographically allocated site of the field with the estimated and approved inventories of nonmetallic minerals if field reserves were estimated in 10 and more years prior to the day preceding the required statement for geological studying and it can be prolonged only in the case established by part 2.3 of article 42 of this Law;";

Item 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3) for the purpose of production of nonmetallic minerals - for fields with the inventories estimated and approved till 2021 according to the project which passed the examination in accordance with the established procedure - for up to 20 years which can be prolonged to for a period of up to 20 years according to procedure, stipulated in Clause the 55th of this Code;";

To add 4) with item 4 of the following content:
